Contact Us Page

The SMP shall maintain a Contact Us section in their platform (on the Landing Page and in the customer dashboard). The Contact Us section shall include the following details where the customer can contact the SMP:

  • Phone no. of the SMP

  • Email address of the SMP

  • Address of the support team

  • Operating hours of the support team
