Refunds

Any transaction initiated in the system can be refunded in the following scenarios:

  • When the user requests for refund of a transaction;

  • When the user requests for cancelation of a transaction and the transaction has been forwarded for processing;

  • When a transaction has been initiated erroneously due to any technical glitch in the system;

  • When payout of a transaction is unsuccessful;

  • When the system is unable to payout any transaction initiated by a user for compliance or any other reasons.

Refunds can only be initiated for the transactions that have not been paid out.

Refund Timelines

Transaction refund shall generally be initiated within three (3) business days of receipt of refund request from user or within three (3) business days after the transaction has been processed, in other cases. The 3day buffer is placed in order to avoid potential losses that may arise in case transaction initiated for refund are also returned by the user. The buffer period can be avoided if the user can provide the statement which shows the transaction has been debited with available balance at that time. For card transactions, as the account is debited instantly, we will not be required to wait for the 3 day window. The refund will be initiated on request by the affiliate within 1 business day.
